2.1 Made-to-Order Products
All soft furnishings and window treatments are made to order. As such, once fabric is ordered or production has started, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the item is faulty or not as described.
2.2 Accuracy of Information
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, measurements, and prices are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to fabric batches or hand-finishing techniques.
2.3 Our home consultation service is charged at £40. This covers the cost of our time and fuel. If an order shall be placed on the back of this, the cost of the consultation will be refunded from this order.
2.4 Quotes and Invoices
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your invoice.
2.5 Fitting Service
We offer a fitting service carried out by a trusted subcontracted joiner, Fraser. Fitting is quoted and priced per job and arranged after production is complete. All fitting appointments are scheduled to suit both parties.
