SHIPPING POLICY
Every order is made with care and packed securely to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. As a small business creating custom items, I don’t hold stock — most pieces are made to order. Shipping times vary depending on the item, and you’ll receive an estimated dispatch date when you order.
Local customers are very welcome to collect directly from my workshop in South Lanarkshire — just select the collection option at checkout, and I’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable time. Please note, we are open by appointment so to avoid disappointment, please arrange a time first.
Return & Exchange Policy
If there’s ever an issue with your delivery, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Returns are not accepted on custom or made-to-measure items, including anything from my collections that’s made to order. However, if something isn’t as expected — whether it arrives damaged, or not quite right — just reach out. I want you to be completely happy with your purchase, and I’ll always work with you to find a solution.
Please note: any items agreed for return must be unused and in their original condition. Unless the item is faulty, return postage is the customer's responsibility.
