  • Do you offer home visits?
Yes! I offer home consultations where I can measure up and bring fabric samples for you to browse in your own space. I charge £40 for home consultations which is refundable off the cost of the order if placed.
  • Can I visit your workshop?
Yes — visits are by appointment only. If you’d like to pop in to discuss your project, view fabrics, or collect an order, just get in touch to arrange a time.
  • How long will my order take?
Lead times vary depending on the item. Made-to-measure curtains and blinds typically take 4–6 weeks, while ready-made cushions or lampshades may be ready sooner. I’ll always confirm your estimated timeframe when you place an order.
  • Do you offer fitting?
Yes, I work with a trusted subcontracted joiner, Fraser, who can fit tracks, poles and blinds. Dressing will be finished someone in our team. Fitting is priced per job — I’ll provide a quote once we know the scope of the work.
  • Can I supply my own fabric?
Absolutely! I'm happy to work with customer-supplied fabric. Just let me know what you have in mind and I can advise on suitability and quantities.
  • Do you offer fabric samples?
Yes — I can provide fabric swatches for most of the fabrics I use. If you're ordering made-to-measure, I recommend sampling before committing to a full order.
  • Can I collect my order?
If you’re local, you're welcome to collect your order from my South Lanarkshire workshop. Just select the collection option at checkout and I’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable time. Please note we are open by appointment only so to avoid disappointment please contact us first before coming to our workshop.
  • What’s your returns policy?
Because most items are made to order or bespoke, I don’t accept returns unless the item is faulty. However, if something isn’t right, just get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.
  • Do you ship internationally?
Currently, I only ship within the UK. If you're based elsewhere and are interested in ordering, feel free to get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.
  • What is an FAQ section?
An FAQ section can be used to quickly answer common questions about you or your business, such as “Where do you ship to?”, “What are your opening hours?” or “How can I book a service?” It’s a great way to help people navigate your site and can even boost your site’s SEO.
